We are all
phoenixes

A space of transformation
towards inner peace

THE MANIFESTO

Just like a phoenix, I believe we all go through many deaths and rebirths—whether we choose them or not. It’s a cycle we experience again and again throughout our lives.

These moments—however difficult—shape us. They ask us to feel deeply. To heal. To experiment. To surrender. To rise and trust what’s next.

The phoenix is reborn from its own ashes. It transforms—just like us—birthing new versions of ourselves, wiser each time…only If we’re willing to do the work.

But let’s be honest: transformation isn’t easy.
It takes courage to change, to face the unknown,
to grieve who we were, to feel it all.

From darkness to light.
From wounds to scars.
From pain to wisdom.
From inner turmoil to inner peace

We all carry the story of our past, the hope of our future, and the presence of the moment. Our experiences may be different—but our emotions, and our willingness to heal, connect us.

No matter how different our stories are, we all experience transformation. And that’s why I believe: we are all phoenixes.

This is a space for those already on their personal growth and healing journey, and want a buddy along the way. A space to share. Reflect. Breathe. Feel.

A place I once wished I had.

I know healing in an environment that doesn’t support you is hard.
I know letting go of your old self is hard. I know believing in a future you’re still building is hard.

I see you. And while the journey inward is personal, you don’t have to walk it alone. Here, we rise together.

So whether you're rebuilding, rediscovering, or just beginning,
Welcome. You’re not alone anymore.

Let’s cry, laugh, grow, and rise, together. And may this space be a step toward your inner peace.

With love,
Sheizeen.

Who Am I ?

Hi ! :) I’m Sheizeen and I’ve spent the past few years healing and asking myself existential questions.

During this time, I’ve learned a lot about trauma, trapped emotions, self-worth and self love, nervous system regulation, inner child healing, well…..everything I needed to go through to heal my own shit basically and become the less conditioned, more authentic and healed version of myself I am today.

I have had my fair amount of death and rebirth, until the next one I guess, and I will never emphasize enough on the importance of mental health which I myself struggled with.

The goal is not to become the best version of yourself, but the version who trust her intuition, love all versions of herself, welcome honestly her emotions and know that she can bounce back from anything life throw at her. With that, you have inner peace and this is the goal. Everything truly start from within and if you are reading this it’s because you already realized that and want to start turning inward.

You see me happy and at peace on those recent photos, it took time and deep healing to get there, but it’s possible. This work works guys, and that’s why I’m sharing my learnings, hoping it will help you too.

A few other random stuff about me: I’m a bit of a serial entrepreneur, manifesting generator for my spiritual girlies & proud scorpio haha, both introvert & social butterfly, coffee addict planning to become a barista at some point (I literally want to test every job in the world), skate & travel lover, and, never thought I would say that but I’m actually enjoying being a millenial ;)
